A Letter From Dr. Reddy

Dear Redbud families and friends,

This July marks the 15th Anniversary of Redbud Pediatrics, a practice I have loved and nurtured like a fourth child.  It pains me deeply to announce that I will be resigning from patient care at the end of this July, as I have recently been diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease.

I will remain at Redbud in an administrative capacity for a period of time to assist my close friend and colleague Dr. Venessa Lopez transition into the role of managing partner.

I am so grateful to all of you for trusting me to help you care for your children. That trust has given my life immense joy and meaning, even now, in this dark and uncertain time I suddenly find myself facing.

I leave Redbud in the very capable leadership of my four partners: Dr. Venessa Lopez, Dr. Giao Pham, Dr. Brooke Mason, and Dr. Sarah Carlson, whose dedication and passion for caring for the children of our community reflects my own.

Please know that you are in wonderful hands; our office will be reaching out to reschedule your child’s future appointments and help you choose another pediatrician at Redbud to move forward with. My colleagues share my commitment to your children’s health and well-being, and I have every confidence in the care you will continue to receive at Redbud.
